Crystal Chen is a member of the Institute of Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) and Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) with over 18 years’ experience in the provision of professional accounting and taxation services.

Crystal began her accounting career in a multinational telecommunication company in Australia. She worked for an accounting firm since 2007. After gaining experience in a wide range of business services, Crystal became the founder of A & C accounting in 2009.

Crystal is specialised in small business accounting and taxation advice and international business migration assurance services. She has worked with clients of different sizes including high wealth individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts and self-managed super funds.

Crystal is a mum of two little girls. She enjoys spending time with her families and participating in a quiet red wine with friends.
